Ares Download – what is the difference

Ares is a P2P network for the sharing of files without subscribing or paying for the privilege. P2P works by allowing users with a full file, called seeders to upload their file to the community and for others to then download, who become leechers, when the leechers have the full file they become seeders and the process is continued. Ares Download relies like all other P2P networks on the community self regulating its users. It is bound by etiquette that a leecher who has obtained a new file then uploads the same amount of data that was downloaded. This way the download speeds become faster and all users benefit.

Ares Download is unique amongst providers of P2P as it is a decentralised network, which is much harder for the media watchdogs to track and try and close down. P2P has become the main target of legal action from the beleaguered media industry desperately clinging on to an outdated and unfair business model. Ares Download is the latest evolution in the war against internet censorship and promises to allow safe and continued downloading for years to come. Ares download is the future of P2P networking.
